Join Our Team as a Founder's Office

This is a high-ownership, high-exposure role working directly with Lumov’s Founder. You will operate at the intersection of strategy, operations, hiring, research, and execution. It is a steep learning curve and gives you a front-row seat to building a healthcare brand from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the Founder on high-impact projects
• Support strategy, expansion, partnerships and operations
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Assist in decision-making, reporting and execution
• Coordinate with all internal teams
• Support hiring, outreach and process building
