About the Role

At Lumov, we believe in creating meaningful conversations around wellness, mobility, and everyday health. As a Social Media Executive, you’ll play a key role in shaping how our brand connects with people online. You’ll manage Lumov’s social media presence, build authentic engagement with our audience, and bring our brand story to life through creative ideas, visuals, and trends.

This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes social media- a storyteller who understands what drives engagement, stays ahead of trends, and knows how to turn insights into fresh, scroll-stopping content.

You’ll collaborate closely with our design, marketing, and product teams to ensure our online communication reflects Lumov’s brand voice and values. From creating content calendars to managing campaigns, this role is about strategy, creativity, and execution - all in one.

Key Responsibilities

• Create & Curate Content: Develop engaging posts, reels, and stories that reflect Lumov’s tone and visual identity.

• Manage Brand Presence: Oversee Lumov’s social handles (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) and maintain a consistent brand experience.

• Plan Campaigns: Brainstorm and execute social media campaigns for new product launches, awareness days, and influencer partnerships.

• Engage with Community: Respond to comments, DMs, and mentions — build genuine relationships with followers and wellness communities.

• Monitor Trends: Stay updated with the latest social trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes — adapting content strategies accordingly.

• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with the design, marketing, and content teams to align social activities with overall brand goals.

• Measure & Report: Track performance through analytics tools, prepare monthly reports, and provide insights for optimization.

• Experiment & Evolve: Bring new ideas — from campaign challenges to UGC collaborations — to keep Lumov’s digital presence lively and impactful.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.

• Proven ability to grow and manage brand accounts across multiple platforms.

• Strong creative instincts with good visual and copywriting sense.

• Comfortable using tools like Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.

• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, or similar platforms.

• A good sense of storytelling, tone, and audience engagement.

• Self-driven, organized, and able to handle multiple projects at once.
