The Role: 

We’re seeking an ambitious, hard-working and results-driven Sales Manager to drive our market expansion and revenue growth efforts in the musculoskeletal pain management industry. Your primary responsibility is to visit KOL & create KOL network in assigned territory, achieve sales targets, strong contacts with hospital purchase departments in corporate hospitals, Government business & Government doctors relationship experience and Defence Business Experience. Strong contacts with leading distributors from Ortho Implant, Orthotics (Premium Category).

Key Responsibilities: 

  • This is an on-field sales role involving visiting Ortho Superspeciality (high volume) ,PMR, Pain Speciality Doctors, Physio, Doctors & Rehabilitation Centres for Ortho, Neuro & Pediatric.
  • Promoting concept selling products & creating value proposition.
  • Creating KOL Network & Managing KOL 
  • Creating strong contacts with Hospital Purchase Department
  • Working along with distributor partners & their team for Business Development
  • Training of Distributor Team
  • Product Demonstration
  • Achieve sales target for the assigned geography.

Required Qualifications: 

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree, MBA Preferred
  • Tech Skills: Proficient in basic excel and google suits (drive, sheets, docs, etc). 
  • Soft Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities 
  • Adaptability: Multitasker
